SEOUL, S. Korea — The
Hyundai Veloster is definitely not your conventional sport coupe.

Unveiled at the annual motor show here, the
Veloster concept (known internally as HCD-3) is an oddly styled two-door with 2+2 seating and a panoramic glass roof. The vehicle was styled at Hyundai's Design and Technical Center in Namyang, under the direction of Design Vice President Oh Suk-Geun.
The company says Veloster is aimed at Gen-Y buyers and "combines simple, iconic design with good value and robust construction."
Some styling cues from the Veloster could find their way into the next-generation Hyundai Tiburon.
