Honda's new coupe stunner

Honda is known for striking car designs and the Japanese carmaker didn't disappoint at the Recent Detroit Motor Show where it unveiled its Accord Coupe concept car.

This concept hints at the all-new Accord, which is due for release in 2008.

Naturally the production Accord will be a 4-door sedan but rumour has it that a coupe sibling is on the cards too.

The concept's styling is neat and clean, while not quite as radical as the new Civic hatchback. But the show car's four tail pipes was shaped like the Civic's and also built into the rear bumper.

Under its bonnet is a V6 petrol engine.
